Please be mindful that flower petals are delicate, handle gently to protect the flowers. Because real dried flowers are used, slight differences in color, shape, and placement are natural and make every arrangement unique. Some browning can occur.
Care instructions: Display indoors and keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and strong airflow.
For best preservation, keep in a low-lit room that is not exposed to humidity and away from animals.

I'm located in the United States! Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax, or similar. Unfortunately, I can't do anything about customs clearance. Custom laws make the importer (the buyer) responsible for such fees. Please take this into consideration which making your purchase!
Returns
If it arrives damaged please take photos of it still in the box and if the box is damaged get photos of that please so I can file a complaint with whoever shipped it out. The more photos you take, the better chances the claim will be processed so I can send your refund.
Please be mindful that flower petals are delicate, and when exposed to direct sunlight the colors will fade. Every bouquet is sprayed to keep the color lasting longer. For best preservation, keep any product with dried flowers in a low lit room that’s not exposed to humidity and away from animals reach.
Unless these items arrive damaged, I do not accept returns for a wrong address or if you changed your mind after it has already shipped.
These items are very delicate and will be wrapped tightly in order to avoid disturbance to flowers. Some shedding is normal, but shouldn't be enough in quality to make a difference since I try to add a good amount of dried flowers in each bouquet. Some may loosen in the rack during shipping, you can just retie it, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to message me for help.
